The Friends of the Library hold an annual book sale during the 4th of July. In preparation we accept clean books in good condition during the month of June. We do not accept books at any other time of the year for donation. Donations are only accepted during the following times:

Monday & Wednesday: 12-2pm, 5-7pm
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 12-2pm
Saturday: 11-2pm

 Limit 3 boxes per day (must be manageable size and weight),

Please do not place donations in the dropboxes or leave them outside the library entrance. The book sale will be held in the Williston Central School gym. To volunteer please contact the library.

We accept in good condition: Youth & Adult books, Foreign Language books, DVDs, audiobooks on CD, reference or travel books less than 5 years old.

We do not accept: Anything damaged, old, moldy or dirty. Text books, reference & travel books over 5 years old, sheet music, maps, puzzles, games, condensed books (e.g. Reader's Digest), VHS tapes, encyclopedias, magazines, music CD's, software manuals or cassette tapes. 

We will screen your donation while you wait. Anything we cannot accept will be returned to you.
