Helping the Library
The library welcomes donations. They are a wonderful way to remember loved ones, mark special occassions such as births, graduations and weddings or just help the library.
Anyone wishing to make a donation can click the donate button on the left or contact the Library at (802)878-4918.
You can also use the donate button to securely pay for lost or damaged items.
The Friends of DAML hold an annual book sale on the 4th of July at the Williston Central School. The Library accepts donations the month before the sale. Look for announcements at the Library, on the library website and in the Williston Observer regarding the sale. We accept: hardcover and softcover books in good condition, CD's, DVD's, and audio books on CD.
We do not accept: magazines, textbooks, reference or travel books over five years old, puzzles, games, condensed books (Reader's Digest) VHS or cassette tapes, computer software, encyclopedias, sheet music, maps, dirty or damaged materials.
Throughout December and January the library has its annual Giving Tree donation program. Ornaments decorate the tree throughout the holiday season, representing items that we would like to add to the library collection. Select an item for the library to be given in the name of a loved one. We'll provide a gift enclosure card for the recipient and put a brief dedication inside the item.
