Thursdays, February 4-25, 12:30-1:30 pm. Join seasoned yoga instructor Carol Bokan in this four-week gentle yoga class that will touch on weekly themes and incorporate centering and breathwork. For beginners and well-seasoned students alike, this class will incorporate standing and seated poses using a chair for support. Adult Craft Kits To-Go: Altered Book Paper Lantern
Use an old paperback to make a beautiful work of art. You will be surprised how easy it is to transform a book into a lantern sculpture without using glue, just simple page folds! This is a great craft to do with children. Stop by the library to pick up a craft kit with a paperback book and instructions.
